THE BRIEF:

FB Creative was engaged by TikTok to concept, creatively direct and produce the TikTok Mardi Gras float for Sydney World Pride!

The goal was to demonstrate TikTok’s commitment to the LGBTIQ+ communities both on and off the platform, to provide content rich opportunities and to spotlight and celebrate the emerging community creators of diverse pride backgrounds.

OUR APPROACH:

TikTok's "Pride in Full Bloom" campaign was showcased through costume design and assets in a raw and unfiltered manner. As a platform that values its community, the focus was kept on them rather than a grand float. Our team collaborated with We Are Social, who provided graphic assets and video content, to produce the float's creative concept. We handled all aspects of the production, including costume design, styling, and choreography for seven drag queens and 40 uniforms for TikTok creators and staff.
